Cancellation and refunds
Last updated 13 October 2026.
Cancel more than 72 hours before pickup and the amount you paid is refunded in full to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Inside 72 hours the booking amount is not refundable.
Cancelling more than 72 hours before pickup
The amount you paid online is refunded in full. Cancel from My bookings and the refund is raised the same working day.
Cancelling inside 72 hours of pickup
The booking amount is not refundable, because the car has been held off the calendar and is unlikely to be re-let at that notice. Anything you paid above the booking amount is refunded.
If we cancel
If a car becomes unavailable — an accident on the previous rental, a breakdown, a workshop hold — we will offer you an equivalent or better car at the same price. If nothing suitable is free, everything you have paid is refunded in full, whatever the notice.
No show
If nobody collects the car within 3 hours of the booked pickup time and we have not heard from you, the booking is treated as a cancellation inside the window and the booking amount is not refunded.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay — the same UPI ID, card or bank account you paid from. Once raised, banks typically take 5 to 7 working days to show the credit. We cannot redirect a refund to a different account.
Security deposit
The refundable deposit is separate from the rental and is released after the return inspection, less any damage, FASTag, fuel or challan amounts on the final invoice. Those charges are itemised so you can see what each one is for.
